  *UPDATE* after about 5 service calls, seems like they finally got it fixed and we haven’t had any issues in a few weeks now. We also had people’s at our last house and it was great and never went out. Very happy with the service again. When it works, it works great. We have only been in the house for 6 weeks and we have had them come out 4 times because of no connection and the tech tells us it’s something with the corporate “hut in the field” and that there is nothing he can do. He said he has told corporate it needs to be fixed because everyone on the street is having problems but they won’t do it. Unfortunately it’s our only choice out here and I work from home and have internet half the time.
